We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with experience in HVAC systems, brazing, plumbing, and general building maintenance. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on equipment, buildings, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical and maintenance-related issues
• Perform brazing and assist with HVAC equipment repairs and installations
• Complete work orders and document maintenance activities
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs
• Assist with facility improvement and repair projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance, HVAC, facilities, or property maintenance required
• Brazing experience required
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license preferred
