An established HVAC company in the Niceville, FL area is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its growing team.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an HVAC professional with at least 2 years of hands-on experience who can confidently troubleshoot, service, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems
• Perform HVAC service, maintenance, and repairs
• Work on residential and commercial heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Identify failed or worn components
• Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain accurate service documentation
• Follow company safety procedures and HVAC industry standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience required
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Residential and/or commercial HVAC experience
• EPA certification and other HVAC certifications are a strong plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record required due to company vehicle
• Dependable and professional
• Strong customer-service skills
• Able to work independently in the field
• Must have reliable attendance
