Production Operator (multiple openings)

Schedule: 7am-7pm and also 7pm-7am (Rotating 12-hour shifts)

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Production Operator to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for handling finished product, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing materials for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate equipment to produce finished coils according to work orders
Monitor product quality using measurement tools (calipers) and ensure specifications are met
Remove, transfer, and package finished product for shipping or storage
Assist with machine setup and keep production lines stocked with materials
Accurately track production counts and complete required documentation
Follow packaging, labeling, and safety procedures at all times
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

Industrial manufacturing setting with exposure to moving equipment and varying temperatures
Requires very frequent standing, walking, and frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs)
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required
Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs
