Are you hands-on, mechanically inclined, and enjoy building quality products? We are supporting a local client seeking an Assembler to join a growing trailer manufacturing team in Litchfield, MN. In this role, you will assemble and install custom cabinets and interior components for specialty trailers using modern composite materials and manufacturing techniques.

What's an average day like as an Assembler?

• Assemble cabinets, storage compartments, and interior trailer components according to blueprints and work instructions
• Measure, cut, fit, and install composite materials and related hardware
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions
• Install hinges, latches, drawer slides, countertops, and other finish components
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, fit, and finish
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards

What we look for in an Assembler:

• Previous assembly, woodworking, cabinetry, manufacturing, or trailer/RV experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude

Preferred Experience

• Cabinet assembly or woodworking
• Composite material fabrication or assembly
• Trailer, RV, marine, or specialty vehicle manufacturing
• Laminate installation and finish work

Schedule:

• 1st shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 am to 3:30 pm
