Job Title: Material Handler –supporting CNC Machinists

Location: Monroe / Indian Trail, NC
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $18–$19/hour

Position Description

We are hiring a Material Handler to support CNC Machinists in a busy manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position focused on keeping CNC machines supplied with material, moving completed parts, deburring parts, and keeping production flowing.

No CNC programming or machine setup experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Bring raw materials and supplies to CNC machines.
• Load and unload parts from CNC machines as directed by the machinist.
• Move carts of raw material, work-in-process, and finished parts.
• Deburr and clean machined metal parts using hand and power tools.
• Remove metal chips and scrap from CNC work areas.
• Stage and organize completed parts for the next production step.
• Keep CNC Machinists supplied with the materials they need.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of manufacturing, machine shop, warehouse, or material handling experience.
• Comfortable working around CNC machines and metal parts.
• Experience using hand tools or industrial power tools.
• Able to read work orders, labels, and part numbers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable with physical work.
