Dosing Operator / Production Machine Operator

Pay: DOE
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
Location: Hutto, TX
Shift: Full-Time | Day Shift

A growing manufacturing facility in the Hutto area is hiring a dependable Dosing Operator / Production Machine Operator to join its production team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, batching, mixing, chemical handling, warehouse production, or automated equipment. You don't need previous experience with the exact title "Dosing Operator"—candidates with related hands-on production experience are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do

• Operate dosing, batching, pumping, and automated production equipment
• Weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials and liquids
• Follow recipes, batch instructions, and production specifications
• Monitor gauges, digital displays, flow rates, and machine performance
• Identify and report equipment issues, clogs, or inconsistencies
• Record material quantities, batch numbers, and production information
• Clean equipment and work areas between production runs
• Follow all SOPs, PPE, chemical handling, quality, and safety procedures
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and production needs

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, warehouse, or similar experience
• Comfortable working around machinery, chemicals, liquids, and raw materials
• Experience with batching, mixing, dosing, pumps, or automated equipment is a plus
• Able to accurately follow measurements, formulas, recipes, and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and a safety-focused mindset
• High school diploma or GED

Great Backgrounds for This Position

Candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Batch Operator, Mixer Operator, Chemical Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Process Operator, Material Handler, or Warehouse Production Worker may be a strong match.
