Warehouse Fulfillment Associate
Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Schedule Flexibility: Flexible scheduling around start and end times

Position Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Pick and Pack Fulfillment Associate to join our fulfillment center team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, works well in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable performing physical warehouse tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities
Pick products accurately according to orders.

Pack products securely using boxes, packing materials, and a tape gun.

Create and prepare boxes for outgoing shipments.

Apply shipping labels, stickers, and product barcodes accurately.

Separate pallets and organize products as needed.

Place stickers and labels on individual products.

Re-barcode products when required.

Check products and orders for accuracy before shipment.

Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.

Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

Perform other general fulfillment and warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to work reliably and follow instructions.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Comfortable working in a warehouse/fulfillment environment.

Ability to lift and move packages weighing approximately 22–30 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

Previous warehouse, fulfillment, picking/packing, or shipping experience is a plus but not required.

 

Work Schedule
The standard schedule is 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on business needs and availability.
