Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

If you have hands-on mechanical experience and want to build a career in industrial maintenance, this is a chance to work on both equipment repairs and metal fabrication. We’re looking for someone who knows their way around tools, brings a good attitude, and is ready to keep learning.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with industrial equipment maintenance and mechanical repairs
• Help with millwright and fabrication projects
• Support measuring, cutting, fitting, weld preparation, and TIG or stick welding based on your experience
• Use hand and power tools safely and keep the work area organized

What We’re Looking For

• Basic hands-on experience in at least one relevant area, such as automotive repair, industrial maintenance, millwright work, mechanical helper work, or metal fabrication
• Familiarity with tools and a willingness to learn new repair and welding skills
• Dependability and availability for the Wednesday–Sunday morning schedule
