Tooling Associate

Salary: $18.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals are seeking a mechanically inclined Tooling Associate  to join a team for leading single-source supplier in Buffalo, NY.

 

Shift: 5:45am-2:15PM, Monday-Friday

 

Pay rate: $18.00/hr

 

 Job Responsibilities: 

• Issue and collect patterns from production floor.
• Set up shop orders and route cards.  
• Inspect tooling and perform minor repairs.
• Prepare tooling and equipment for production.
• Organize and maintain pattern storage areas.
• Assist with mounting pattens, gates and risers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

 

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation.
