We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team specializing in personal care, health, and beauty products for promotional, event, and retail customers. This role supports the production of products such as lip balms, hand sanitizers, and other personal care items through packaging, labeling, printing, and order fulfillment activities.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM
• Required overtime Monday through Friday

Pay

• $16.00 per hour
• Pay increase available upon successful hire by the client

Responsibilities

• Package personal care and health & beauty products
• Apply labels and inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Assist with production, manufacturing, and assembly processes
• Perform pick-and-pack duties for customer orders
• Operate packaging and labeling equipment as directed
• Prepare products for shipping and distribution
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Support printing, labeling, and promotional product preparation

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with labeling, pick-and-pack, assembly, or quality inspection is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
