STORE SALES MANAGER

A local plumbing supply company is seeking an experienced Store Sales Manager to oversee sales operations and customer relationships.

 

Job Duties:

• Manage daily store sales activities and customer service
• Lead, train, and support the sales team
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Assist customers with product selection and plumbing-related questions
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers
• Monitor sales activity and work toward sales goals
• Help manage inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Ensure the store is organized and operating efficiently

Requirements:

• Sales experience is a must
• Plumbing knowledge/experience is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
