Machine Operator – Ceramic Sheet Production

Pay: $16.00/hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to assist with the production of green ceramic sheets. This position involves setting up and operating production equipment used to print, stack, and laminate ceramic sheets.

The ideal candidate will have previous machine operation or manufacturing experience and be comfortable working in a production environment. This is a temporary position, with the length of the assignment dependent on production needs.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery used to print, stack, and laminate green ceramic sheets.
• Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper production and quality.
• Load materials into machinery and remove finished products.
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and consistency.
• Follow production instructions, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment issues or production problems to supervisors.
• Meet established production and quality standards.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to safely operate machinery after proper training.
• Manufacturing or production experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Ability to work safely around production machinery.

Compensation:
$16.00 per hour
