 Job Overview:

Mold parts per customer specifications while maintaining quality and production standards Requirements  

·         Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time

·         Ability to maintain positive relationships with team members

·         Able to follow safety rules

·         Ability to adjust shifts as business requirements dictate

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

 

Responsibilities

·         Responsible for the molding of silicone parts according to product specifications & SOP

·         Operate the basic controls on all machines and injection cylinders

·         Inspect parts according to the quality standards outlined in the procedure during the cycle time

·         Maintain cleanliness of workstation, to include machine and silicone pump and required daily cleaning checklist

·         Comply with established safety rules and PPE as required

·         Other projects and duties as assigned MENTAL & PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS

·         Read, interpret, and follow safety rules and procedures in accordance to Alps Quality Policy

·         Near acuity and hand/eye coordination required for proper packaging

·         Able to hear in a production setting; machinery, loud noises, etc.

·         Vision requirements include reading written documents and using a computer monitor screen frequently.

·         The position is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, touch, see, and hear, and may be required to lift or move up to 35 pounds.

·         The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.

Schedule & Pay:

·         $15.00/Hr

·         M-F 8AM -5:00pm

Education:

·         High School diploma

       Experience:

·         Must have 2 year experience

Language:

·         Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.

Physical Demands:

·         Be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis

·         Stand or sit for long periods of time.
