What You Will Do

• Display Assembly & Construction: Build, assemble, and construct retail store fixtures and custom displays using hand and power tools.

• Material Preparation: Read basic layout instructions, measure materials, and prepare wood, metal, or acrylic components for assembly.

• Quality & Fitting: Fit pieces together accurately, ensuring structurally sound fixtures that meet client design specifications.

• Production Line Support: Work alongside team members to maintain steady workflow across assembly stations.

• Workstation Upkeep: Keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with site safety standards.

What You Need

• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical inclination and experience operating basic hand and power tools.

• Construction/Labor Experience: Background in general labor, light construction, carpentry, or assembly preferred.

• Schedule Availability: Willingness and availability to work weekend shifts as required by the production schedule.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stretch, lift, and work on your feet throughout your shift.

• Reliability: Rock-solid attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to St. Louis, MO 63106.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
