Lead Generation Specialist - Part -time

Location: Salem, OR
PAY: $20-$23/hour + bi-weekly bonuses (uncapped) 
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | 20-25 hours a week between 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Car Stipend: $137/month

Position Overview

Seeking an outgoing, customer-focused professional to generate leads and schedule appointments through customer engagement at retail locations and community events.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and generate qualified leads
• Schedule appointments from generated leads
• Work at designated Home Depot and Lowe’s locations
• Represent the company at home shows, fairs, and other events
• Set up and maintain promotional booths and displays
• Provide basic product and service information
• Build rapport with customers, store associates, and managers

Territory

The territory covers the Salem area, south to Albany and north to Tigard. Travel between locations and events is required.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, friendly, and comfortable approaching customers
• Professional demeanor
• Strong time-management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Ability to stand/walk for most of the day and lift up to 25 pounds (setting up and taking down table)
