What You Will Do

• Electrical Troubleshooting: Read wiring schematics for facility and manufacturing machinery. Perform electrical diagnostics using multimeters with 120V, 3-phase 230V, and 480V systems.

• Mechanical Repair & Maintenance: Disassemble, repair, and overhaul pumps, packaging, slicing, and injection molding machinery. Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance schedules.

• Machine Shop & Fabrication: Perform welding, cutting, and metal fabrication. Utilize shop tools including drill presses, lathes, and general hand tools to craft replacement parts.

• Fluid Power & Plumbing: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and general facility piping/plumbing systems.

• Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO), OSHA safety guidelines, and food safety standards (FDA, USDA, GFSI, GMP).

What You Need

• Experience: High school diploma/GED with 2+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment (or 4+ years of general industrial maintenance experience).

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with 120V–480V 3-phase electrical systems, multimeters, schematics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and injection molding equipment.

• Equipment & PPE: Welding experience and proficiency running a drill press and lathe. Steel-toed boots are required.

• Education (Preferred): Vocational, Technical Diploma, or Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology.

• Reliability: Exceptional attendance, daily punctuality, and reliable transportation to Hazelwood, MO.

• Screening: Willingness to complete standard pre-employment background checks and screenings.
