Are you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping facilities running smoothly? Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks throughout our apartment community.

What You'll Do:

• Complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Perform painting, drywall repair, flooring replacement, and apartment turnovers
• Maintain community grounds, landscaping, and property appearance
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to resident service requests
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repair situations as needed

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Apartment maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and work indoors and outdoors
