Structural Welder – Billboard Fabrication (Full-Time)
Location: Grand Prairie, TX
Schedule: 4x10s (Mon–Thurs) + optional overtime

We are a growing billboard manufacturing shop building large steel structures that are shipped and installed nationwide. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented structural welder to join our core team. This is a hands-on fabrication role working on columns, frames, catwalks, and other billboard assemblies. If you take pride in building things the right way—not just fast—you’ll fit in well here.

What You’ll Do
Read shop drawings
Measure and lay out steel accurately
Fit / align structural assemblies ahead of our welders so they're set up for clean, consistent welds.
Basic welding (MIG, flux core, tack) is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.

What We’re Looking For
? 2–5+ years of welding experience (structural preferred)
? Ability to perform AWS-quality welds (certification not required, but must pass weld
test)
? Strong attention to fit-up and weld quality
? Comfortable working with heavier steel assemblies
? Able to lift 75 lbs and work on your feet
? Positive attitude and team mindset
Nice to Have:
? Prior experience with structural fabrication or billboard work
? Previous AWS certification (current or expired)
Work Environment
? Indoor fabrication shop (unconditioned, with airflow)
? 4-day work week (4x10s)
? Overtime available depending on workload
? Team-focused shop that values quality and accountability
