Our client in North Hollywood is seeking a Technical Support Specialist! 

 

Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to provide online, over-the-phone, and in-person support for our Pole and aerial fitness equipment hardware components. The ideal candidate blends customer service and troubleshooting skills with a natural mechanical inclination, enabling them to diagnose issues and perform physical repairs on equipment or assembly components.

Duties: 

• The position is essentially a hybrid role combining warehouse and customer service duties. 
• You would be responsible for inspecting returns, assisting in inventory management, warehouse organization, and providing technical assistance (in regards to our product line.)
• They must be able to move 40-50lbs of weight. 
• We would like an individual with a basic sense of tool usage who is mechanically inclined.
• Bilingual is preferable, but not mandatory. 

 

Schedule:

• We would probably start with 5 hours per day 4 days a week. Monday–Thursday 10:00am-2:00pm.Depending on the position's structure and productivity, we could progress to full-time work, but for now, we'll start w/ 20-hour weeks.

 

Pay: $20-$25 per hour, Depending on experience.
