CNC Machinist/Millwright

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on CNC machining experience who can independently set up and operate equipment while producing accurate, high-quality parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to work orders and specifications
• Load materials and select the appropriate tools and machine settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements
• Make offsets and basic program adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and proper dimensions
• Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Monitor machines throughout production and identify potential issues
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Document production and inspection results accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all quality and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Previous CNC machine operation experience required
• Experience completing CNC machine setups
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Ability to use precision measuring tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards
• Ability to recognize and correct basic machine or production issues
• Dependable with consistent attendance
• Able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Able to work independently and as part of a manufacturing team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment
• Previous experience in precision manufacturing
• Knowledge of tooling, feeds, speeds, and machining processes
