Plating Technician

Waseca, MN

Temporary Position, expected duration 3-6 months with potential to extend.

Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4:00pm

$22.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities for Plating Technician:

  • Familiar with and able to run all equipment and plating lines in the department with little or no supervision.
  • Resolve issues for various plating areas ensuring that they consistently meet specification for proper plating, and plates product as needed to meet production and quality levels.
  • Instruct personnel in the proper setup and process procedures to clean and plate in all areas of plating department.

Qualifications of Plating Technician:

Basic Qualifications

·         High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·         1-2+ years of experience performing set-ups on similar production equipment.

·         Must be comfortable wearing PPE and exposure to solvents/chemicals

·         Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
