Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate

Location: South Fort Worth, TX
Pay: $22–$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with overtime as needed

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate for a company in South Fort Worth. This role involves operating compression equipment, supporting dispensing and compounding, and checking packaged products for quality. We’re looking for someone with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience who understands GMP requirements and pays close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate pharmaceutical compression machinery while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Assist with dispensing, compounding, and compression processes.
• Package finished products and perform quality checks.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation requirements.
• Work with the team to maintain accurate, consistent production.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on compression experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Working knowledge of GMP practices and regulations.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and communicate clearly in English.
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Pharmaceutical packaging experience.
• Experience with dispensing or compounding.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
