Time Clerk

Located in Clarksburg, WV

Salary: up to $17/hr

A plant in Clarksburg is looking to bring Time Clerks onto their team! This is a rotating schedule; weekends will be required but you will have 2 consecutive days off!

 

3rd shift - 11:30 pm - 7:30 am $14-17/hr depending on experience 

Duties to Include:

• Responsible for receiving and documenting phone calls of employees not coming to work, answering all incoming calls after business hours and delegating emergency calls to employees.
• Write down the employees’ in/out break times and assure they return to their work stations on time.
• Assists or covers for QC/Trainer when necessary.
• Verify the work schedule, count of the employees attending schedule to work and any modification needed to be made as requested by supervisor.
• Participation in all safety and workplace training communication for your scheduled shift.
• Check that employees are complying with the dress code, i.e.: jewelry, shoes, etc. and personal protective equipment usage and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualified Candidates should:

• Macola and Access experience is a plus!
• Experience in a similar role highly preferred.
• Have reliability in Attendance and Punctuality for scheduled shift, being able and ready to work.
