What You’ll Do:

• Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Work with machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and grinders
• Diagnose malfunctions and determine necessary repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Ensure safe operation by following all safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine controls
• Ability to fabricate parts and perform welding (preferred)
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Computer literacy required
• Basic math skills required
• Jack of all trades mentality 
• Associates degree, trade school certification, or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in the printing industry highly preferred
