What You’ll Do:

• Operate lamination equipment and ensure quality production using fiberglass materials
• Inspect and troubleshoot laminating processes for consistency and quality
• Maintain and repair machinery as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely production
• Check molds for scratches and contamination
• Receive and mix materials following proper lay up
• Mold blades, inspect for quality, clean molds and put in inventory

What You Bring:

• Prior experience working with fiberglass in lamination processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
• Team player with good communication skills
