What You'll Do

• Perform wiring and welding repairs
• Work with electrical systems (12V–24V, some 3-phase, some DC voltage)
• Perform hydraulic system repairs and maintenance
• Use welders, torches, air tools, drill presses, angle wrenches, and various hand tools
• Perform physical, hands-on repair work, including bending, twisting, and heavy lifting; work on equipment from underneath and use heavy tools like sledgehammers to loosen parts

What You'll Bring

• Wire welding, electrical, and hydraulic experience is a plus
• Vocational training is a nice-to-have, not required
• Prior experience as a repair technician, farm equipment maintenance worker, or maintenance tech on various machinery is a plus
• A team-oriented attitude — this crew has worked together for years and values people who are easy to get along with
• Comfortable with physically demanding work
