Position Title: Voice Picker/Packer
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Possible overtime on Fridays)

Pay $19/Hr

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Voice Pickers/Packers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will use a voice-pick headset and RF scanner to accurately pick, verify, and pack customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. Candidates must be able to work on their feet for the entire shift, maintain productivity standards, and ensure high levels of quality and accuracy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Utilize a voice-picking headset system to receive and complete order assignments.
• Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and track inventory.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure products and quantities are correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow warehouse procedures and productivity standards.
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or equipment issues.
• Safely handle materials while adhering to all company safety policies.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and/or voice-picking technology is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying products.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Must be available to work Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts, with potential overtime on Fridays.
