🛠️ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Depending on the department, Skilled Labourers may be responsible for:

• Performing hands-on industrial and general labour duties
• Operating equipment and tools safely
• Material handling and moving product
• Supporting production and manufacturing operations
• Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE
• Performing physically demanding work in an industrial environment
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous industrial, manufacturing, construction, steel or skilled labour experience
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Ability to work a continental shift schedule
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Physically capable of performing industrial labour duties
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Steel-toed safety footwear and required PPE
• Previous experience in a steel environment is an asset

📅 SHIFT DETAILS

12-hour continental shifts

This schedule provides a combination of days and nights, including weekends, with scheduled days off built into the rotation.
