Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring a Lead General Worker to help drive our site maintenance operations. This full-time position runs through approximately October 31, with a strong potential for long-term employment based on performance. The ideal candidate has relevant hands-on experience, high integrity, and the technical skills to handle heavier equipment and specialized site work.

Job Highlights:

• Operate specialized equipment, including skid steers, dump trailers, mowers, and snow blowers

• Execute technical outdoor site maintenance, specifically road erosion control and rock work

• Properly place, identify, and work around road markers (delineators)

• Safely drive a work truck while pulling a trailer to transport equipment to job sites

• Lead by example with a strong work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently

What we look for:

• Demonstrated relevant experience in site maintenance, landscaping, or basic construction

• High comfort level and proficiency operating a skid steer and driving a truck with a trailer

• Working knowledge of outdoor site operations, including familiarity with delineators

• Highly reliable, trustworthy, and possessing strong personal integrity
