Logistics Clerk - 3rd Shift

Pay: $18.00-$19.50/hour

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking an experienced Logistics Clerk for a manufacturing facility. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented candidates with hazardous materials experience and a strong background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and mark shipments according to SOPs and regulatory requirements
• Prepare domestic and international shipping documentation
• Coordinate and schedule hazardous and non-hazardous material shipments
• Palletize, wrap, and accurately label outgoing freight
• Maintain inventory accuracy using ERP systems
• Conduct cycle counts of finished goods
• Prepare invoices and electronic customer notifications
• Unload trucks and receive incoming materials
• Verify shipping and receiving documentation
• Enter receiving information into ERP systems
• Stage products for inspection and manage raw material deliveries
• Safely transport hazardous materials to designated locations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet departmental and company goals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Candidates with 2+ years of strong related experience may be considered
• Experience handling hazardous materials required
• DOT/ICAO certification required
• Forklift certification required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance and safety regulations
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (no exceptions for medicinal or recreational marijuana)
• Must pass a federal ATF background check
• Reliable transportation to and from Mesa, AZ 85215
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work weekends as needed
• Prior production or manufacturing experience is a plus
