Regrind Area – General Labor

Location: Dekalb
Pay: $16.40/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday OT Saturdays 
Training: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
Regular Schedule: 2nd Shift, 3:30 PM–2:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our Regrind Department. This is a physically demanding position in a loud industrial environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable with physical labor, follow all safety procedures, and consistently use required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Lift and handle scrap webbing rolls weighing approximately 20–50 lbs.
• Remove scrap webbing rolls from gondolas and load materials onto a conveyor or into a regrinder.
• Operate a baler safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Wear required PPE, including safety glasses and hearing protection, at all times.
• Assist with other general labor duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform repetitive physical work and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and PPE requirements.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to learn forklift operation if needed.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
