Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 per year + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Representative to join our growing staffing agency. This is a great opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping companies find the right talent.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and representing our staffing services to businesses in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and in-person prospecting.

• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.

• Present staffing solutions and explain the value our agency provides.

• Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline.

• Follow up with prospects and clients to convert opportunities into new business.

• Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client staffing needs are met.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, prospects, and client interactions.

• Attend networking events, business meetings, and community events to generate leads.

• Meet or exceed established sales and business-development goals.

Qualifications

• Previous outside sales, business development, recruiting, staffing, or account management experience preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with new prospects.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.

• Ability to manage your own schedule and prioritize multiple opportunities.

• Professional demeanor and strong customer-service skills.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
