Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking dependable and motivated candidates for General Production Worker openings in a growing manufacturing environment. This position works within the Finish Department, assisting with the preparation, finishing, inspection, and packaging of custom wood products. Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $18.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Forest Lake, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Sand, prepare, stain, paint, and finish wood products according to quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for appearance, quality, and accuracy.
• Assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout production as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, woodworking, finishing, or assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
