Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Bilingual Strongly Preferred – English/Spanish

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team. This position is responsible for handling incoming service calls, coordinating technicians and jobs, communicating with customers, and keeping work orders organized and up to date.

Responsibilities

• Answer and process incoming service calls
• Gather customer and job information and enter it into the work order system
• Create, update, and review work tickets for accuracy
• Schedule service calls and coordinate with sales and field technicians
• Dispatch and adjust jobs based on availability, priority, and location
• Contact vendors and coordinate parts pickups and purchases
• Receive and organize incoming parts and assign them to the correct jobs
• Monitor open and completed work orders to keep jobs moving
• Communicate job updates with customers and internal departments
• Support the sales team with approved quotes and scheduling
• Prepare completed jobs for invoicing
• Maintain accurate schedules and appointments using Microsoft Outlook
• Enter technician timesheets and maintain job records
• Communicate with team members through Microsoft Teams
• Assist with transferring service calls for after-hours coverage

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize several jobs at once
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling/work order software
• Experience with dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or service coordination is a plus
• Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams experience is helpful
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
