Express Employment Professionals is hiring an experienced CAM for a commercial property management company in Naples. This is an evaluation hire opportunity with the potential to join the company permanently.
Pay: $20–$30 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate has commercial property management experience and is comfortable working with tenants, vendors, maintenance teams, and property owners. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance and repairs, responding to tenant needs, conducting property inspections, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
