We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product accountability throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have experience with RF scanners, inventory management, data entry, cycle counting, and basic computer systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory movements and transactions.
• Enter inventory data accurately into warehouse management systems.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and overages.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against inventory records.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory replenishment activities.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and proper product labeling.
• Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support shipping and receiving teams as needed.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

? Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
? Experience using RF scanners required
? Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills
? Good math skills with the ability to perform inventory calculations
? Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
? High attention to detail and accuracy
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
