The Tool and Die Maker analyzes engineering blueprints, digital design models, and technical specifications to build, modify, and repair high-precision dies, injection molds, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and specialized hand tools. This role blends master craftsmanship with advanced manufacturing technology, setting up and operating both conventional and Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) machine tools. The ideal candidate works with tight tolerances to support production quality, minimize equipment downtime, and drive continuous improvement on the plant floor.
