Sales Representative / Business Development

McAllen, TX

Monday-Friday, 7:45am-5:00pm

Base Salary is between $48,000-$50,000 per year

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring for a Sales Representative / Business Developer for our own office! We're seeking outgoing and friendly candidates who have prior experience maintaining relationships with business clients/growing accounts, etc. Sales visits and calls are an everyday part of this position, company car and company cell phone are provided.

Job Duties:

As a sales representative your primary objective is to identify, establish and grow potential clients/businesses
Schedule and discuss service details with business owners, HR, Managers and multiple departments in their company if necessary
Cross sell our services in those different departments
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients
Travel within our sales territory to meet potential and current clients
Conduct cold calls and face-to-face meetings with potential and current clients (leads will also be provided to you)
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
Educate businesses/clients on how our services can benefit them financially and professionally
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, current services, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Work with our recruiters to provide updates to current clients
Periodically check in with clients to ensure they are being serviced properly and in a timely manner
Negotiate paperwork rates with current and potential clients, update client paperwork in our database to ensure everything is up to date and documented

Requirements:

Must be Bilingual in English & Spanish.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing customer relationships, generating new business, and/or managing existing accounts.
This position requires someone who can apply their previous sales experience to the role with minimal training.
Candidates WITHOUT RECENT prior sales experience may not meet the qualifications for this position.
Previous knowledge or understanding of Warehouse/Industrial Sales is a plus.
