Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dependable Gas / Metal / ARC Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and components using various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, Stick (SMAW), and gas welding techniques. The ideal candidate will be able to read blueprints, operate welding equipment safely, and produce high-quality welds that meet company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, Stick (ARC), and gas welding processes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
• Inspect materials and completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding.
• Operate welding machines, torches, grinders, saws, and related equipment.
• Repair and modify metal components and structures as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and coworkers to meet production deadlines.
