Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse / General Labor Associate, your responsibilities may include:
- Operating and assisting with production machinery
- Feeding sheets into machines for processing
- Performing basic machine setup and adjustments
- Tying and securing finished bundles
- Banding and preparing pallets for shipment or storage
- Moving and organizing materials throughout the work area
- Stacking and handling finished products
- Monitoring materials and products for quality
- Keeping your workstation clean, safe, and organized
- Assisting with other warehouse and general labor duties as needed
- Following all company safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and ready to work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
- Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Willing to learn basic machine operation and setup
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, machine operator, or general labor experience is helpful, but candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
