Salary: $23-$24/hr DOE

We are seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator for a manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. This position will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, storage, receiving, and shipment of materials and finished products.

 

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, inspect shipments, and properly secure loads.
• Complete required shipping and receiving documentation.
• Inspect incoming materials for damage and quantity and resolve discrepancies.
• Move, stage, and store raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Maintain proper pallet identification, lot tracking, wrapping, and FIFO rotation.
• Stage materials and ingredients according to the production schedule.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Complete equipment safety checks and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Monitor warehouse supplies, pallets, propane, shrink wrap, and other inventory items.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse, cooler, and loading dock areas.
• Complete facility checks, including cooler temperature monitoring.

 

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years previous warehouse and forklift experience required
• Shipping, receiving, and inventory experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

 

This is a temporary position through January 2027, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

 

Schedule: The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some flexibility. Optional overtime is available before and after the scheduled shift for up to additional 20 hours.

 

Pay Rate: $23-$24/hr DOE
