Are you passionate about empowering others through technology? Our non-profit client in Rockford is looking for an IT Case Manager who will help individuals navigate and succeed in various computer and technical skills training programs.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with enrolling in and completing computer skills courses
• Provide one-on-one support, addressing technical and program-related questions
• Track client progress and outcomes, ensuring successful program completion
• Collaborate with instructors and staff to ensure clients receive the best support
• Maintain accurate records and case notes

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet usage, etc.)
• Experience working in a customer support or case management role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Passion for helping others and closing the digital divide
