Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Salary: $75,000 per year

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HP Indigo Digital Press Operator to join our team in Mahwah, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting HP Indigo digital presses. This role is responsible for producing high-quality printed materials, maintaining color accuracy, and ensuring production deadlines are met.

Certification Requirements: Candidates with an HP Indigo Level 1 Certification or a Level 2 certification from another digital press manufacturer will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor HP Indigo digital presses to meet production schedules and customer specifications.
• Perform routine press maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues and coordinate with HP Indigo support when needed.
• Maintain color accuracy and consistency through press calibration and adjustments.
• Inspect printed materials for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• Prepare print jobs, load substrates, and adjust press settings as needed.
• Monitor ink, substrates, and other production supplies.
• Collaborate with prepress, finishing, production, and quality teams to meet deadlines and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and equipment records.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital presses.
• HP Indigo Level 2 Certification preferred.
• Candidates with HP Indigo Level 1 Certification or Level 2 certification from another manufacturer will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of digital printing, color management, and press troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with RIP software and HP Indigo workflow management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple departments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.
