Job Overview:

We are seeking dependable, Experienced Journeyman Electrician to support the construction, wiring, testing, and commissioning or our custom mobile education labs. This is a hands on position for an electrician who is comfortable working in a custom fabrication environment and can install, troubleshoot, and verify electrical systems safely and professionally.

Requirements & Responsibilities

·         Install and wire electrical panels, breakers, branch circuits, receptacles, disconnects, lighting, HVAC, and equipment.

·         Work with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.

·         Install and troubleshoot 120V, 208V, and 240V systems.

·         Pull, route, label, terminate, and test electrical conductors.

·         Bend and install EMT conduit, including offsets, saddles, kicks, and 90s.

·         Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, panel schedules, and equipment specifications.

·         Size conductors, breakers, conduit, and circuits based on load requirements and applicable code.

·         Perform grounding and bonding correctly.

·         Troubleshoot electrical faults, voltage issues, tripping breakers, open circuits, and equipment problems.

·         Use multimeters, clamp meters, and other diagnostic tools.

·         Test and verify systems prior to energization and final commissioning. Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent commercial/industrial experience.

·         Strong working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).

·         Experience with branch circuits, panelboards, breakers, conduit, and electrical distribution.

·         Strong conduit-bending and wire-pulling skills.

·         Experience with both single-phase and three-phase power.

·         Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems independently.

·         Ability to read electrical drawings and equipment documentation.

·         Strong attention to workmanship, organization, and safety

Schedule & Pay:

·         $20-$30/Hr DOE

·         M-F 7AM -3:00pm

Education:

·         High School diploma Experience:

·         Must have 2 year experience

Language:

·         Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.

Physical Demands:

·         Be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis
