Parts Counter / Warehouse Associate

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

 

Job Description

A busy battery store is looking for a dependable Parts Counter / Warehouse Associate to join their team. This position is a combination of customer service, parts counter, and warehouse support.

 

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Help walk-in customers at the parts counter
• Identify and pull parts and customer orders
• Assist with inventory and stocking
• Load, unload, and organize warehouse materials
• Prepare orders for customers and deliveries
• Keep the warehouse and counter area clean and organized
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Perform other general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Warehouse or parts experience a plus
• Comfortable answering phones and working with customers
• Able to pull, organize, and handle parts and inventory
• Dependable, organized, and able to work as part of a team
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
