We're seeking experienced Cable & Chassis Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience building cable harnesses, wiring chassis, and performing precision electro-mechanical assembly in a production environment.

 

What You'll Do

• Assemble cable harnesses, wiring assemblies, and electronic chassis components
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform hand soldering of wires, connectors, terminals, and electronic components
• Route, terminate, label, and secure wiring according to specifications
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly discrepancies as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with cable assembly, wire harness assembly, chassis wiring, or electro-mechanical assembly
• Proficient soldering skills and ability to produce clean, reliable connections
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment

 

Compensation & Benefits

• $23-$28/hr, depending on experience
