Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from policyholders in both English and [Spanish/other language]
Answer questions about policies, coverage, billing, and claims status
Process policy changes, payments, and basic account updates
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex issues as needed
Explain insurance terms and processes in a clear, easy-to-understand way
Meet performance metrics for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and [Spanish/other language], both written and verbal, required
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
1+ years of customer service experience (call center or insurance experience a plus)
Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and multitasking across programs
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) may be required depending on role
