Express Employment Professionals is seeking Experienced Machine Operators for a fast-growing food manufacturing company. This position is ideal for candidates with strong manufacturing experience who are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Grave Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Starting Wage: $22.71/hour
• Variable schedule, 40–48 hours per week
• Must be available to work approximately 75% of weekends throughout the year
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Double time on Sundays starting Day 1!
• Overtime opportunities available

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machinery and production processes to maintain quality and productivity standards
• Follow established operating procedures, safety requirements, and production guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work effectively as part of a production team to meet daily goals
• Identify and communicate equipment or production concerns
• Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
• Perform other production and machine operation duties as assigned

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Comfortable standing for an 8-hour shift

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of production or manufacturing experience required
• Previous machine operation experience strongly preferred
• Must be available to work approximately 75% of weekends throughout the year
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
