Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Palatine, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, providing solutions, and supporting sales and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and emails regarding products and applications
• Generate quotes and prepare customer correspondence
• Assist customers with orders, shipping updates, and missing PO information
• Process customer RMA requests
• Update customer and opportunity information in the CRM system
• Recommend additional products and custom applications when appropriate
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers
• Provide support to other departments as needed

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and follow up with customers
• CRM/ERP experience is a plus
