Now seeking a high-energy, hardworking Maintenance & Groundskeeper who takes pride in keeping properties clean, safe, and looking their best. This role is perfect for someone who shows up ready to work, moves with purpose, and doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done.
Perform routine property and facility maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, patching, and general upkeep
Maintain grounds: mowing, trimming, watering, raking, snow removal, and seasonal landscaping
Complete work orders quickly, accurately, and with a sense of urgency
Keep outdoor and indoor areas clean, organized, and presentable
Identify issues proactively and take initiative to resolve them
Operate basic tools, lawn equipment, and maintenance machinery safely
Communicate clearly with supervisors, tenants, and team members
Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping
Strong work ethic, hustle, and ability to stay productive without constant direction
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general repair
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
